Overview

Simple, complex and custom sections to drawing

Titanium profiles are supplied in a full range of cross-sections: simple sections such as angle (L-type), channel (U-type) and T-bar; complex sections such as H-section and square/rectangular tube; and custom aerospace shapes made to drawing.

Profiles are produced by electron-beam (EBM) or vacuum-arc (VAR) melting with tight oxygen control (<800 ppm), then pickled and polished to a clean, crack-free finish. Aerospace-grade TC4 is held to Al ±0.15% and V ±0.1%.

Forms available: angle, channel, T-bar, H-section, square & rectangular tube, custom profiles.

Performance & Applications

Why buyers choose titanium profiles

High specific strength

TC4 reaches 240 MPa·cm³/g — about twice that of aluminium alloy.

Corrosion resistance

Resists seawater and chloride attack; 3-5× longer service life for chemical equipment.

Biocompatibility

Suitable for orthopedic implants and medical structures.

Tight tolerance

Thickness tolerance to ±0.1 mm; flaw-free decorative surfaces.

Aerospace — engine brackets, cabin keels (550℃ creep <0.1%) Chemical — electrolyzer electrodes, reactor liners (98% H₂SO₄) Architecture — curtain-wall supports, slim sliding-door profiles
